Maxence MUZATON : Ski Alpin Descente

6th at the 2023 World Championships
SG junior world champion

2x5th DH Kitzbuhel

6th at the DH World Championships
"My name is Maxence Muzaton, member of the French alpine ski teams specializing in Downhill. I met Jérémy in my Rehab cell following a rupture of the cruciate ligaments. In my sport, physique is as important as it is the knees and back have to withstand very heavy stress and unfortunately falls can quickly be accompanied by injuries. I was able to benefit from Jérémy's expertise to rebuild myself physically and become efficient again after the injury. To highlight my words is during my 22/23 season, the big competition of my season was the World Championships in Courchevel in France, an event that you generally only experience once in a career. Before this race, I had a disc protrusion which prevented me from skiing, leaving me with little hope of qualifying for the World Championships. But Jérémy was able to find innovative exercises which allowed me, following the necessary rest, to no longer feel anything. I was able to calmly approach my return to skiing and thus qualify for the World Championships at the last minute and achieve a very nice 6th place."

Guilbaut COLAS : Mogul Skiing
Vice-World Champion 2007
6th at Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games
2011 World Champion
Winner of the Globe de Crystal Ski de Bosses 2011
Winner of the Globe of Crytal OverAll Freestyle 2011
"I've been trained and monitored by Jérémy for 7 years, during which I've progressed and achieved my best results in World Cups and World Championships. He's a passionate coach who likes to help people progress and go the extra mile. He does everything possible afin to achieve the goals we've fixed together. He's passionate and knows how to liven up the sessions
sessions. He stays constantly alert and maintains the rigor we high-level athletes need. Thank you for his moments and your support!"

Marie Martinod : Hafpipe Skiing
Multiple World Cup podiums 2012/2013/2014
Silver medal at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games
"Jérémy... He's one of the architects of my return to competition and the 2014 Olympic medal. He had 18 months to turn me into an Olympic-ready machine, even though I'd been out of the sport for 7 years, had given birth by Caesarean section and was 27 years old. He knew how to push me without breaking me. He was able to deal with a preparatory period interspersed with a hamstring strain and sciatic pain (from which he helped me out in conjunction with Dr Parcot). Above all, he believed in me from day one, even though my profile was far from the ideal career plan to get to the top.

Chloé SILLIERES : Snowboard Freestyle
European Cup podiums
4th at Lausanne Youth Olympic Games
"When "the master of the exo that hurts" asks for a testimonial, it has to be worthy of his abilities, his incredible hard work and his determination. A top-level snowboarding athlete, I met Djé when I was in high school. Right away, I sensed that he didn't see things in the same way as all the other physical coachs I'd had up to that point. As the only snowboarder in my high school class, I switched to the CNED (correspondence school), so that I could really focus on my training, and also, have a preparation adapted to my sport. On the path of every athlete, comes an injury. In 2017, I injured my knee and ruptured my cruciate ligaments ACL. It took me over a year to get back on a snowboard. For 1 year, I saw Djé every day (except weekends, otherwise we'd probably have killed each other). He never gave up on me, he always tried to help me, he supported me in my worst difficulties. Djé isn't just a physical specimen, he's a person who's passionate about what he does, and that's what brings out the best in us. If you're still not sure, give it a try. You won't be disappointed."

Carmen HARO : Alpine skiing
14th and 15th place overall in the European Giant Slalom (GS) Cup
French elite GS runner-up
"I'd like to warmly recommend Jérémy, who accompanied me for a month with back problems at the French Ski Federation. During this period, Jérémy demonstrated great professionalism and real expertise.
He was able to combine practical advice to relieve my pain with postural corrections to prevent any recurrence. His personalized approach, based on an analysis of my specific needs, was particularly effective. Jérémy was able to adapt his reathletization program to my symptoms, enabling me to return to skiing at a high level with complete confidence.
In addition to his technical skills, Jérémy also found the right words to reassure me and support me in my recovery. His kindness and ability to listen were invaluable assets throughout our collaboration.
I highly recommend Jérémy for his professionalism, competence and ability to adapt to the specific needs of each patient.
Sincerely,
Carmen HARO"

 Julie LACREVAZ : Ski Mountaineering
Skoda Team
"I've been trained by Jérémy Coint for 4 1/2 years now.
In general, we define the major objectives for the coming year. Then we validate things on a quarterly basis. And the training program is given to me at the beginning of each week, according to my availability in my schedule. Jérémy monitors my feedback and feelings on a daily basis, and based on this, we can sometimes adjust the next training sessions. I'm really pleased with the support I get from Jérémy, because I'm never on my own. If I have a question, I always get an answer within the day. He's super flexible and always agrees to add a race to the calendar, at the last minute, if I ask ;-) that's really cool 😀 The training is very varied and I can practice several sports, depending on my desires and the planned program.
Jérémy is a great listener, and is very careful not to "burn out" us over the long term.
His experience and years of research, learning and training in the field of "hypoxia", as well as in reathletization, make him a very, very complete trainer and a cut above the rest for endurance athletes, especially in the mountains. Whether you simply want to keep fit and healthy, or want to perform in competition, I highly recommend you get in touch with Jérémy."

Enzo ARELLA: Handball
Pre-National Champion, French Championship semi-finalist and 2 seasons in National 3.
"I met Jeremy through handball, having coached his son for a few Handball seasons. And when I learned that he was a physical trainer for Olympic athletes, I immediately decided to call on him to advise me and guide me in my physical preparation, as I was about to join a Handball club as a player playing 3 divisions above. So it was a pleasure for Djé to take me under his wing, enabling me to reach this level of play in a better-prepared way. What's more, as a trainer, I didn't hesitate to ask him to improve the physical preparation and injury prevention of young athletes. He even invited me to his home to share his knowledge on optimizing physical preparation for athletes' growth. It was a truly enriching experience, and as an athlete, I'm lucky to be able to rub shoulders with someone like him. So thanks again to you Jeremy for your availability, your kindness and your passion for sport, performance and transmission."

Mikael MATRAT : Running, Cycling, Cross-Country Skiing
Sportsman wanting to improve his physical capacities

"Jérémy's advice is simple, adapted to my level and effective. Indeed, in 7 months and at the age of 45, I was able to significantly increase my running distances => from 10km with 250D+ to 20km with 1200D+.
Big cardiac gain, max HR increased by around 10 pulses, rest HR lowered by around 10 pulses. Perception of having "cardiac reserve" while times and sensations are better (running, cycling and cross-country skiing). The heart rate also drops more quickly after a sustained effort, enabling me to restart quickly. Very happy with my progress with Coach Jérémy ! :°)"
