Who Am I ?

I've been a Physical trainer since 2005. After obtaining a HACUMESE state diploma (Weightlifting, Bodybuilding and Educational Bodybuilding), I turned to high-level training with the French Ski Federation. I now offer my services aﬁn order to help you reach your sporting goals. Whether they're focused on aesthetics, weight loss, amateur or professional physical preparation. I can also help you prepare for trails, long races or high mountain expeditions. I have the ability to combine practical experience and scientiﬁc advances to guide you towards achieving your dream goals.

Sport Experiences

Men's artistic gymnastics for 15 years. Committee selection for interdepartmental competition. Numerous podium finishes up to 1/2 finals of French championships and optional National B orientation on vault, high bar and floor at the end of his career.

Weight training since the age of 15 Weightlifting and athletic strength from 2004 to 2007. Discovered weightlifting with a competitor from the CHCA Albertville club. Competitions in athletic strength on all 3 movements.

Departmental and regional winner in -82kg with 190kg Squats, 115kg Bench Press and 200kg DeadLift.

Judo for 1 season, Acrobatic Rock for 5 years.

It's a great honor to be part of this network. It represents a guarantee of quality training and support.

Member of the ASTRE group of the Grand INSEP network

This is a working group whose aim is to capitalize on knowledge and know-how concerning Environmental Stress (Hypoxia / Heat / Cold) with a view to personalized performance support.

A very rich group thanks to French specialists in the field of environmental stress management. This group is raising the level of French skills and expertise thanks to various field observations.
