I have been a Physical Trainer since 2005. After obtaining a HACUMESE state certificate (Weightlifting, Bodybuilding and Educational Bodybuilding), I moved towards high level with the French Ski Federation. Today, I offer my services to make your sporting goals accessible, whether they are focused on aesthetics, weight loss, amateur or professional physical preparation or even support when you return from injury, I will know how to make the difference and your body will reward you! My support also extends to people wishing to prepare for trails, long races, or high mountain expeditions. I have the ability to combine practical experience and scientific advances to guide you towards achieving your dream goals.
